Yoga

A Blend of Strength, Mindfulness,

and Somatic Awareness

Since 2014, yoga has been an integral part of my life. What began as a personal journey of discovery evolved into a passion for sharing the practice with others. I am a certified Vinyasa Flow instructor, but my teaching is inspired by a variety of yoga traditions, blending alignment, breath, and movement into a practice that resonates deeply with the body and mind.

Over the years, my practice has grown from a focus on precision and alignment to embracing authentic flows movements that feel natural and intuitive. This evolution has shaped my teaching style, which I now offer in three unique formats: Strong Flows, Slow Flows, and Somaflows.

 Strong Flows

These dynamic classes are designed to challenge your body and mind. Expect creative sequences that build strength, flexibility, and endurance while encouraging mindfulness and focus. Strong Flows are perfect for those looking to deepen their practice, explore their physical limits, and leave the mat feeling energized and empowered.

 Slow Flows

In Slow Flows, we slow down the pace to cultivate awareness and intention in every movement. This class emphasizes alignment and breath, creating space to truly feel each posture and its effects. Ideal for beginners or those seeking a more meditative practice, Slow Flows provide a grounding experience that nurtures both body and soul.

 Somaflows

Somaflows are an intuitive, deeply personal exploration of movement. Inspired by somatic practices, these flows invite you to tune into your body’s natural rhythms and sensations. The focus is on connecting with your inner self, moving in ways that feel authentic and restorative. Somaflows are perfect for anyone seeking a gentle yet transformative practice.

 My Journey as a Teacher

I have had the privilege of sharing yoga with a diverse range of students. From teaching employees at the Supreme Court of Sweden to leading classes in studios across Stockholm, my teaching experience has been rich and varied. I also opened my own home studio, creating a warm and welcoming space for students to practice. During summers, I organize outdoor classes, bringing the magic of yoga into the beauty of nature.

Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or stepping onto the mat for the first time, my goal is to create a space where you can connect with yourself, explore your potential, and leave each class feeling balanced and inspired.

I look forward to practicing with you!
