This immersive container is designed for those who wish to move through a full arc of somatic work from awareness to integration, to deep diving. You’ll be held in an ongoing relationship of support, reflection, and nervous system repair.

Over 12 sessions, we’ll work at the pace of your body, allowing space for integration between meetings.

You’ll learn to:
