Working Together: Policies and Agreements

Client Agreement
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for working withĀ Yara WheibiĀ as a somatic facilitator. By engaging in my services, you agree to the following policies and procedures:

Confidentiality
Confidentiality is paramount in our work together. Everything shared within my container remains within the container. This applies to both parties: I will not disclose your personal information or experiences, and I expect the same respect for our shared space.

Transparency
Transparency is key to effective guidance. I encourage clients to share openly and honestly, as this allows me to support you fully.

Communication and Conflict Resolution
In the event of a disagreement, I require the use of non-violent communication. We will create a safe and intentional space to discuss and resolve issues. If this approach is not followed, I reserve the right to disengage from the conversation until a constructive dialogue can occur.

Refund Policy
All services and packages are non-refundable.

For clients on a package plan:

  • Packages are designed for 12 months, with the flexibility to book one or more sessions per month (one session per month is recommended).
  • Clients must take at least one session per month. If the 12 sessions are not completed within the 12-month period, any unused sessions will be forfeited without a refund. This policy ensures accountability, respects both your time and mine, and supports a committed approach to your growth.
  • If you choose to end the package early, you will be charged for the sessions completed at the standard session rate, and the package will conclude.

Cancellation Policy

  • Sessions canceled more than 24 hours in advance will not incur a fee.
  • Sessions canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% charge of the session price.

Payment Policy

  • Payments are due on time as agreed upon during our arrangement.
  • A late payment penalty of 5% will be applied weekly to any overdue amounts.
  • Clients who fail to pay on time may have their services paused until payment is received in full, including any applicable penalties.

Termination of Services
Clients may choose to stop working with me at any time. To do so:

  • Communicate your decision clearly in writing.
  • Settle any outstanding payments for sessions already completed.

Community Agreement
I am committed to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and safe environment for all clients. Prejudice, bias, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated. I strive to hold space for meaningful growth and transformation, grounded in mutual respect and accountability.
